You can make ginger tea different ways. You can also make a simple ginger drink without adding tea. If you cool it, it will quench your thirst in the heat, and a hot drink warms well. Try different recipes tea and have a tea party.

Ginger drink with lemon

Take half a lemon, fresh ginger 3-3.5 cm thick and 1.5 liters of water. Peel the ginger and lemon, cut. Pour boiling water over lemon. Put everything in a teapot and fill with hot water. The drink is infused for 15 minutes, after which it is ready to drink. You can sweeten it with sugar or honey.

Ginger drink with cinnamon and saffron

  • Water - 900 ml;
  • Cardamom - 4 seeds;
  • Cinnamon - 1 stick;
  • Fresh ginger - root crop 3-3.5 cm;
  • Saffron - 1 pinch.

Cut lemon and ginger into slices. Mix all the ingredients and send to the pan. Boil. Simmer for 3 minutes to infuse the drink with spice aromas. You can add slices of orange or pineapple to the finished drink.

Tea with honey, ginger and fresh mint

  • Water - 1.2 l;
  • Grated ginger - 3 tablespoons;
  • Honey - 5 tablespoons;
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice (can be orange) - 4 tablespoons;
  • Fresh mint - a few sprigs.

Boil water. Add . Stir. Strain the drink through a sieve, trying to squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Add juice. Let it brew, add some fresh mint. You can also add a pinch of black pepper if you like. Drink warm or chilled.

Indian ginger tea

  • Water - 3 glasses;
  • Milk - 3 cups;
  • Finely chopped ginger - ½ tsp;
  • Ground ginger - 3 pinches;
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp;
  • Cinnamon - ½ tsp or 1 stick;
  • Ground nutmeg - 2 pinches;
  • Coriander seeds - 1 tsp;
  • Carnation - 3 pcs.;
  • Fresh mint leaves ½ cup.

Boil water in a pot or kettle. Reduce heat to low, add milk, mint and spices. Boil for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve the drink hot.
