Salted eggnog

Most often, this eggnog is prepared from protein and sugar, but it is such a versatile drink that there is a version that is completely opposite to the classic one. It is more satisfying, and you can have such a cocktail for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (can be white or rye);
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Break the eggs. Stir them with a fork.
  2. Crumble the bread.
  3. Add some salt.
  4. Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

orange eggnog

And here is an example of how raw eggs are successfully combined with fruit juice. By analogy, you can add other juices - grapefruit, apple, peach or any berry. Use freshly squeezed nectars for this.

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml. orange juice;
  • 200 ml. milk;
  • 10 gr. honey;
  • 1 tbsp Sahara;
  • 2 eggs.

Cooking:

  1. This recipe does not require proteins. Separate the yolks and beat with sugar.
  2. Add warmed milk and then juice. Whisk again.
  3. Dip the honey into the cocktail and whisk everything again.

You don't have to use chicken eggs. Mogul-mogul can also be made from quail, besides, they have a milder taste, and there is no risk of picking up salmonellosis at all.
