Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 gr. Sahara;
  • 50 ml. rum;
  • 50 ml. cream;
  • 150 ml. milk;
  • 50 ml. whiskey.

Preparation:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Divide the sugar in half.
  2. Beat separately - whites with sugar, do the same with yolks.
  3. Mix both masses with a mixer.
  4. Add: rum, milk, whiskey, cream in turn.
  5. Beat each time the drink with a mixer after each added component.

Salted eggnog

Most often this mogul is prepared from protein and sugar, but this is such a versatile drink that there is a version completely opposite to the classic one. It is more satisfying, and you can have breakfast with this cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (you can white or rye);
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Break the eggs. Stir them with a fork.
  2. Chop up the bread.
  3. Add some salt.
  4. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Orange eggnog

And here is an example of how raw eggs are successfully combined with fruit juice. By analogy, you can add other juices - grapefruit, apple, peach or any berry. Use freshly squeezed nectars for this.

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml. orange juice;
  • 200 ml. milk;
  • 10 gr. honey;
  • 1 tbsp Sahara;
  • 2 eggs.

Preparation:

  1. No proteins are needed in this recipe. Separate the yolks and beat with sugar.
  2. Add warmed milk and then juice. Whisk again.
  3. Dip the honey into the cocktail and beat again.

It is not necessary to use chicken eggs. Eggnog can also be made from quail, besides, they have a softer taste, and there is no risk of picking up salmonellosis at all.
