  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Choose your favorite variety: creamy, spicy or smoked, but remember that it will feel good in the finished dish.

  • Take the casserole out of the oven and sprinkle it with cheese. We send it back to the oven for 20 minutes. After this time, we try for readiness. The casserole should be completely baked, and the cheese should form a golden crust.

Let it cool a little, then take it out of the mold - the chicken liver casserole is ready.

Chicken liver with green beans

Description and method of preparation:

Cut the liver into small pieces (I have about 1x1cm) and soak in milk for 30 minutes. Boil green beans until almost done. Next, drain the milk from the liver and rinse cold water, let the liquid drain, as much as possible! We spread the liver and squeezed garlic on a hot frying pan without oil and fry lightly for 1-2 minutes (the main thing is that the garlic does not burn, otherwise it will give an unpleasant smell).

Then, add the broth, green beans, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper - to taste (if there is no broth, you can add milk). And we extinguish everything until the liquid evaporates by 70%! That is, you should not have much gravy left in the pan! It takes me 10 minutes to simmer.

When the liver is ready, add 1-2 eggs grated on a coarse grater to taste, and if you like, you can add parsley. All. It turns out very tasty! The liver just melts in your mouth! I usually cook in the evening, for tomorrow. Everything has time to infuse and soak. Smell and taste yum yum just)

This is my favorite low-calorie option - pumpkin and carrots make the appetizer sweeter and more appetizing, while onions and spices make it more flavorful. Everything is prepared in just half an hour.

  • cauliflower - 80 g
  • pumpkin - 80 g

  • carrots - ½ pcs.
  • dill - 2-3 sprigs,
  • water - 1 glass.

Cooking step by step:

Turn on the “Frying” mode, pour water. We send the prepared pieces of the liver into the bowl (washed, if desired, soaked in milk). We clean the onion, cut it into 4 parts and throw the whole quarter into the cartoon.

We also cut the carrots coarsely and send them to the rest of the products.
