  • flour – 2 tbsp;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
  • milk – 150 ml;
  • banana – 3-4 pcs.;
  • baking powder – 1.5 tsp;
  • vanillin – 1 tsp;
  • salt - a pinch.

Cooking method:

  1. Mash the bananas and beat the butter and sugar with a mixer.
  2. Add milk, vanilla sugar, a little salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Next, add two eggs one at a time, beating the mixture with a mixer.
  4. Add banana pulp and mix everything.
  5. Sprinkle with flour previously mixed with baking powder. Stir the resulting dough until smooth.
  6. Pour the dough into a mold, covering it with paper in advance. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. The finished creation can be decorated, for example, with powdered sugar.

The sweet taste is conveyed not only by bananas, but also by dried fruits, which will additionally saturate the dish with vitamins. If desired, you can replace regular wheat flour with rice/oat flour or bran. Such a snack will not harm your figure much. It is important that this type of baking can be prepared in less than an hour.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • bananas – 1 pc.;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • kefir – 1 tbsp.;
  • nuts – 1 handful;
  • dried fruits – 1/2 handful.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat the eggs thoroughly, then pour kefir into them.
  2. Next, stir in all the flour and nuts. The latter must first be finely chopped.
  3. Having achieved a homogeneous mass, pour the dough into a special form, which must be lined with parchment.

Homemade baked goods can decorate any table, including a holiday one. Instead of boiled condensed milk, you can use regular condensed milk: the taste will not become worse.

Ingredients:

  • bananas – 4-5 pcs.;
  • flour – 1.5 tbsp;
  • sugar – 6 tbsp. l.;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • boiled condensed milk – 250 g;
  • baking powder, vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • salt - a pinch.

Cooking method:

  1. Make one mass of eggs, granulated sugar, vanillin and sour cream.
  2. Whisk everything thoroughly, then add salt and mix.
  3. Pour melted but pre-cooled butter into the resulting mass.
  4. While mixing, gradually add flour and baking powder through a strainer.
  5. Once you have a uniform mass, add bananas, cut into medium pieces.
  6. Place one half of the dough on the bottom of the mold, then press boiled condensed milk onto it. Pour the rest of the dough on top.
  7. Place the pan with the future pie in the oven, which must be preheated to 180 degrees.
  8. Bake for 70 minutes. It is best to serve the finished baked goods warm.

A great way to feed the whole family and guests is a pie with cottage cheese filling. It could easily pass for some kind of birthday cake or just make you and your family happy on an ordinary weekday. Chopped dough acts as a hard base on which the fragrant soft filling is laid out. It is not necessary to use an oven for cooking, because... A slow cooker will work just fine.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 200 g;
  • bananas – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • sour cream 15% - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • vanilla sugar – 1 sachet;
  • ground almonds – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon/orange zest – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – 1 pinch.

Cooking method:

  1. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, mix it with 50 g of sugar and salt.
  2. Next, cut the cold butter into small cubes and add to the flour mixture. Grind the flour and butter into fine crumbs.
  3. In another bowl, beat a couple of eggs, then add them to the flour, stirring vigorously with a whisk until a dense, homogeneous lump of dough forms. Wrap the resulting mass in cling film and refrigerate for a maximum of an hour.
  4. While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. To do this, beat the sugar with the remaining eggs until you get a thick foam.
  5. Add mashed fruits to the resulting mass, then pour in cottage cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle everything with vanilla sugar, zest, and almonds.
  6. Mix the mixture using an immersion blender until you obtain a light, homogeneous substance.
  7. Remove the chilled dough and quickly roll it out. You should get a pancake approximately 5-7 mm thick. Place it in the multicooker bowl, form sides with a height of 7 to 10 cm. Too high sides can be carefully trimmed in the future.
  8. Then pour the previously prepared filling onto the dough and bake the pie in the multicooker for 60 minutes, setting the “Baking” program.
  9. After waiting for the beep, transfer the baked goods to the wire rack. Serve the treat cold. If necessary, decorate with grated chocolate (bitter) and mint leaves.
