We had a rice noodle with a church, they were tightened, and other types of noodles wanted to taste.
Today I prepared a buckwheat noodle for dinner. I did not find a recipe on the internet, I had to improvise.
Everything turned out just wonderful! Vegetables pleasantly hurt, mushrooms gave a chic aroma, taste and satisfaction, noodles - wonderful!
I am pleased to share a recipe with you.


Ingredients:
For two dinner I took
1 beam (75 gr.)
Buckwheat noodle
200 gr. Champignon
1 Carrot
1 Bulgarian Pepper
1 Lukovitsa

For the photo, I also put the soy sauce, but in the end I prepared without it.
But along the course of the story I will say where I wanted to apply it.

Cooking:
Buckwheat noodles to boil until readiness (omit in boiling salted water, cooking 10 minutes from boiling).
By readiness to discard noodles on a colander, rinse with cold water slightly.
While noodles is brewed, cooking vegetables with crops
Onions cut into half rings.
Mushrooms cut large, small in half, large on 4-6 parts (depending on the size of mushrooms).
Pepper cut into straws.
Carrot cut into straw (blocks).

Add mushrooms.

Fry 4 minutes.
Add pepper and carrot.

I first wanted to pour soy sauce at the end of cooking. And I am sure that it would also be very tasty. But in time I realized that with soy sauce we eat rice noodles, I did not want to repeat, and quickly joined the sauce of sour cream + crushed garlic + crushed dill.
