For dough:

  • egg - 1 pc.
  • kefir

  • vanillin

For cream:

  • natural yogurt
  • soft cottage cheese
  • strawberry (or other berries / fruit)

How to cook?

  1. Mix oatmeal, egg, vanillin, a little kefir and a sugar substitute so that a homogeneous mass is.
  2. Bake pancakes in a pan without oil, sprinkling them on both sides.
  3. For cream, take a natural yogurt in a blender, soft cottage cheese and strawberries or other berries.
