It would be wrong to bypass this dish - rabbit and rice complement each other perfectly!

Let's cook:

  • rabbit meat - 500 g;
  • long grain rice - 2 multi-cups;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salt and spices.

We will prepare in this order:

  1. Divide the rabbit fillet into portions that are convenient for you.
  2. Peel the vegetables and cut into small pieces.
  3. Lubricate the bottom of the multi-bowl with oil, put the rabbit meat with vegetables there, and then start the “Baking” for half an hour.
  4. Add salt and spices of your choice to the products, put rice on top of the meat and pour hot water. It should be about 1 cm above the contents of the bowl. Set the “Pilaf” program for 40 minutes, and then switch the kitchen appliance to the “Heating” mode for another quarter of an hour. Eat for health!

Stewed rabbit with mushrooms in a slow cooker

Rabbit meat cooked according to this recipe is incredibly tasty. Fragrant mushrooms will saturate the meat with the original spirit of the forest and give it an even more appetizing look.

Required Ingredients:

  • any dry mushrooms - 1 handful;
  • young rabbit fillet - 1 kg;
  • water - 2 tbsp.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • sour cream - 1.5 tbsp.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt pepper.

Cooking rabbit stewed with mushrooms in a slow cooker is very simple:

  1. Pour oil into the bowl of the kitchen appliance and put the rabbit meat cut into pieces. Salt, pepper and add any spices to taste. Fill the bowl with water and simmer on the appropriate program for 2 hours.
  2. While the meat is cooking, soak the mushrooms in warm water for half an hour, then rinse them in running water and cut into strips.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrot with large chips. Fry the vegetables in a skillet until golden brown. Then add mushrooms to the frying, and after another 10 minutes - sour cream. Simmer food for 15 minutes on low heat, add a little water if necessary.
  4. Pour the prepared mushroom sauce into the bowl where the meat is stewed. Put the device on "Baking" for half an hour. The divine aroma in the kitchen will announce the readiness of the dish. Help yourself!
