  • mayonnaise to taste.

When choosing canned food, be sure to read the composition. There should be nothing superfluous in it - only fish, salt, lavrushka and black pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Open the canned food, drain the liquid, knead the saury. Put in a salad bowl.
  2. Chop boiled quail eggs. Add to fish.

    When serving, the salad can be garnished with basil sprigs and seasoned with black pepper.

    Variations of salads can be very diverse. Saury goes well with many foods, so you can cook whatever your imagination is enough for.

    Saury is an excellent fish, delicious, especially if canned food from it is made with high-quality oil. It is wonderful in itself, and with potatoes or with a green onion and with black bread. The appetizer, by the way, will not be inferior to the famous Baltic sprat.

    And as an ingredient in salads, fish is very, very popular.

    Canned saury salad (in oil) can be prepared as usual, with a minimum of components, or you can add various elements, diversifying its taste.

    - Put 2 jars of saury in a bowl and mash with a fork. Chop the onion finely, add to the fish. Grate several hard-boiled eggs (yolk and white together) or chop finely too.
