Svisloch District Department of the Investigative Committee on the disappearance of a minor villager on September 16 New Courtyard Svisloch district of Maxim Markhalyuk, in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus, a criminal case has been initiated.

- The basis for the adoption of the specified procedural decision was the expiration of ten days from the moment of filing the application for the disappearance of the child and the failure to establish his whereabouts during the operational search measures,- reports the official representative of the USC in the Grodno region Sergey Shershenevich

After the mother received a message about the disappearance of her son, the investigators of the Svisloch District Department of the Investigative Committee, police officers and experts left as part of the investigative-operational group to the scene. Inspections were made of the dwelling of the Markhalyuk family, as well as a hut in the forest, where teenagers often gather. Traces and objects taken from the site were sent for appropriate expert research. The parents of the minor, his classmates, teachers, friends and acquaintances were interviewed. Work was carried out among the population to obtain information that would help locate the student.

With the direct participation of investigators, an analysis of the information received was carried out on a daily basis, on the basis of which further search, operational-search and investigative actions were planned.

In order to coordinate the activities of law enforcement and other departments, further investigation of the criminal case is carried out by the department of the Investigative Committee for the Grodno region. At present, investigators are carefully studying all the materials collected by the internal affairs bodies. Together with police officers, a plan is being developed for additional investigative and other procedural actions, as well as operational-search and search measures to locate the child and check all possible versions of his disappearance.

The investigation of the criminal case was taken under the personal control of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee.

Last Saturday at Belovezhskaya Pushcha the boy is missing. I went for a walk and got lost under strange circumstances. I found out about this only on Tuesday evening, because until that time we were visiting Shchelkovo.

Time was approaching the end of the week, and the child was still not there. My husband and I decided not to stand aside and join the search.

The first time we went to Fri. We left at 4 in the morning, at about half-8 in the morning we were in place. On the road I could not sleep at all. We arrived at the place, registered and began to wait for the team to search. The organization was still limping at Fri, so we gathered for a long time.

We were given a square of terrain that needed to be combed. The paradox is that untrained people cannot walk straight through the forest. Starting at a distance of 5 m, many after a while either converged and found themselves close, or diverged, "like ships in the sea." I was lucky in this regard, I walked between the coordinator and my husband, and they both walk straight. I was just guided by them ... in general, a raincoat and rubber boots in Pushcha are ideal clothes and shoes. Despite the fact that it was about +20 and sunny outside, it was damp and cool in the Pushcha itself. But for me these clothes were heavy. It was hard at the end to rearrange my feet in rubber boots.

On Fri we left home with nothing to return to the Security Council. On Saturday, a republican gathering was announced, in which more than 2000 people participated. The organization on Saturday, although it was clear, but to coordinate such a number of people is a huge work. I worked at the headquarters on Saturday, so I know what I'm talking about. All went to their squares, and we had hours of waiting. Although we didn't have much boredom. Every minute, news came from the squares, and unfortunately nothing concrete. No trace of the boy in the forest. So my second day of searching went.

Separately, I would like to tell you about the people involved in the search. Many did not know what they were doing. They came to look for them in sneakers, and as a result, after half an hour they were with wet feet and naturally dropped out of action. There were also those who tried to PICK MUSHROOMS on the territory. Naturally, this affected the quality and speed of inspection. Therefore, on Saturday, at the headquarters there was an announcement that those who came to pick mushrooms should go to pick mushrooms and not sign up for the search group.

Some were not ready to work in a team. People were depressed by the fact that they were commanded by the coordinator. They are smarter than everyone, and know what is best. Some were outright infuriated that if one stopped, everyone stopped. We tried to go further, as a result, combing the square turned into aimless and chaotic walking along the square. The coordinator naturally got angry, returned back, and it turned out that such people were exhausted 2 times faster due to the fact that they walked much more than we did on our own. nonsense. By the way, I walked 18.5 km on Friday ... my legs were buzzing by the end of the day so that I could barely walk.

The whole village of Novy Dvor was and is in tension. The boy has not yet been found. Of those found, only his bicycle and a basket of mushrooms (in the first days of the search), then traces in the swamp of approximately his size, traces of beds in the Pushcha, again, it is not a fact that his. Once, one day, a mushroom picker saw him, but when he saw a mushroom picker, the boy fled deep into the forest.

There are many versions. They do not exclude neither crime, nor escape, nor the fact that the child is lost and scared. Every day the hope of finding him alive is melting.

In general, I experienced such an adventure.

I am attaching a photo of the Pushcha so that you understand what kind of area is there.

10 year old Maxim Markhalyuk, a resident of the village of Novy Dvor of the Svisloch region, have been looking for since September last year, but so far - to no avail. Through "Belsat" locals asking for help.

“I applied to establish justice. To appeal to the head of state so that all these villains who wanted to deliberately hide their tracks, or unintentionally, to be brought to justice, "said a resident of Belovezhskaya Pushcha and a former huntsman Igor Akulov.

Ten-year-old Maxim did not return home on September 16, 2017. In the forest not far from the house, they found the boy's bike and his basket. Thousands of people took part in the search.

“I think that it was on this road that something happened to this child. Because not a trace, nothing of this child is left. Officials ride, he could go out, vote in the evening, and it was a tragedy, "Akulov is sure.

The search for the boy began at night. The whole road was dug by the wheels of the members of the trophy club "Bialowieza Bison", who were invited to search. The road leads from the Voitov Most farm, where there is a hotel with a bath, which belongs to the Presidential Property Management Department, through Novy Dvor, where the boy lived, to the lake, which is leased by the SPK.

“Officials and local nobility often rest in that hotel. On this road, they rush about like crazy, drunken ones, ”the former huntsman testifies.

Spetsdoroga

For officials, an asphalt road was laid here, not marked on maps, with guards and surveillance cameras. It connects the hotel on the Voitov Bridge farm with the village of Borki and leads to the airfield in Klepachi.

“It was necessary to search immediately, not according to the version of the disappearance, but according to the crime, I think. Because they were looking for so much, but no results, ”says another local resident. Mikhail Sushko.

Investigation raises questions from experts

“From the very beginning of Markhalyuk's disappearance, the investigation dragged on for a long time - 10 days. Why did you feel drawn when it was necessary to react to this? ", - the former investigator draws attention Oleg Volchek.

The boy could not get lost in the forest without a trace.

People in the village are afraid to talk about this topic. Are officials afraid of investigative journalism?

“Everything should be neat. And rightly so !!! Because there were a lot of interpretations. You have come, you have come from different channels, television, radio. There must be one interpretation! Because they take from different people who are deprived of parental rights, and you are interviewing, they pour dirt there. All this must be done carefully ... Do you understand? (Smiles). Let's hope that you will do everything right ... ", - said the chairman of the village council Vladimir Zdanovich.

Neither the initiation of a criminal case, nor an announcement on the wanted list brought any answer to the question of where the boy was. There is still no news about 11-year-old Maxim who has disappeared in the Grodno region. None. “Mom Valentina so lifted her spirits when they began to say that they might have seen him in Poland. There was hope, and then even more disappointment, ” - they say in the village.

Let us remind you that Maksim Markhalyuk from the village of Novy Dvor of the Svisloch region disappeared on the evening of September 16. The boy asked his mother for a bike ride at about half past six in the evening. The brother who goes for mushrooms is like at the edge of the forest. At eight in the evening, the boy's mother, Valentina, got worried and began to look for her son. In the forest, near the hut where children usually play, Maxim's bike. After some time, one of the mushroom pickers informed the volunteers that he had allegedly seen the boy in the forest. No more traces of Maxim in the Pushcha (clothes, basket, prints of someone's footprints - all these finds of volunteers, as it turned out, did not belong to the boy).

"Angel": we still help with information

The search for Maxim in Belovezhskaya Pushcha has already gone down in history as the most ambitious. In the first two weeks, from 500 to 2200 people were looking for the boy every day - volunteers from all over the country, soldiers, police, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as special equipment - helicopters with thermal imagers, drones ... People combed the territory within a radius of 20-25 kilometers, helicopters from they flew with thermal imagers 100 kilometers from the village.

- For our part, we are now helping with information. Our volunteers post landmarks in all cities and villages of the country, - says the commander of the AKP "Angel" Sergei Kovgan. Angel and CenterSpas coordinated hundreds of volunteers who had been looking for Maxim for more than two weeks.

- Unfortunately, since the disappearance of Maxim, we have not received any information that the boy was seen or noticed somewhere, - Sergey concludes.

Investigative Committee is investigating a criminal case, the police continue to search. No information

Meanwhile, police officers and the military are still looking for the boy and are leaving for Novy Dvor. At the beginning of October, even the OMON was combing the Pushcha. The Internal Affairs Directorate of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee noted that all this time, law enforcement officers and employees of the Ministry of Emergencies did not stop searching and considered all possible versions.

- On Saturday, 20 police officers were looking for the boy, today about 100 servicemen from Minsk joined them, - added to the ATC.

The Office of the Investigative Committee for the Grodno Region has no information about the missing Maxim either. The criminal case into the missing person has been under investigation since September 26. They also say that not a single version, even a criminal one, is excluded. After reports from the Polish side that a 10-year-old boy was seen 100 kilometers from the border, Maxim was put on the international wanted list. Since October 6, about him is on the Interpol website. But for now, silence.

- The investigation is underway. There is no additional information, we have already made all the statements, - Sergey Shershenevich, the official representative of the USC in the Grodno region, said dryly to Onliner.by.

Director of Novodvorsk secondary school: “We do not give up hope. There is no child in fact "

In the Novy Dvor itself, at the mention of the name of Maxim, they just shrug and sigh. On October 10, the boy had a birthday - he was 11 years old. The villagers hoped that they would still find Maxim by his birthday, but there is still no child.

- Absolutely no news. Nobody tells us anything. The Investigative Committee works and does not share anything with us, - says Alla Goncharevich, director of the school where Maxim's mother works. - If the parents knew anything, we would know too. And so ... Absolutely nothing. We do not give up hope. In fact, there is no child. But you never know what, there are different fantastic cases. This is not a standard situation. In a simple situation, we had to find him right away at night, well, let it be on Sunday. Well, the maximum on the third day. The situation is simply non-standard. There were already such searches that it was impossible to come up with, even think about something. All guesses are already at the level of fantasy. From the experience of books, films and life. To come up with something new is very difficult.

According to Alla Ivanovna, of course, the mother worries about her son the most.

- You walk past Maxim's mom, she's at work, I don't want to say or ask anything. There is nothing to say, and what to ask. If she had any information, then everyone would already know. So what do you say? To excite once again is simply impossible. After all, every time she again experiences a tragedy. It can be seen that a person who has lost weight, emaciated - one cannot look without pain and tears. Remember when there was information about the Polish trace? So she just perked up when told. And now ... Now she again has this condition ...

Valentina herself does not particularly want to talk to journalists.

- And what can I say if there is no information, - she explains in a quiet, tortured voice. - I'm calling, but there is no information ...
