We are offering to you simple recipes, with which you can make healthy pancakes from oat bran, cottage cheese, spinach and even currants.

Oat pancakes with yogurt and strawberries

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • oat flour (or corn) - 50 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • kefir
  • sweetener
  • vanillin

For the cream:

  • natural yoghurt
  • soft curd
  • strawberries (or other berries / fruits)

How to cook?

  1. Mix oat flour, an egg, vanillin, a little kefir and a sweetener to get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Bake pancakes in a skillet without oil, frying them on both sides.
  3. For the cream, whisk natural yogurt, soft cottage cheese and strawberries or other berries in a blender.
  4. Place ready-made diet pancakes on a plate and garnish with cream.

Diet pancakes with poppy seeds

Ingredients:

  • rice flour - 100 g
  • kefir 1% - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • poppy - ½ tbsp. l.
  • vanillin
  • sweetener

How to cook?

  1. Beat the egg with a fork, then add flour and kefir to it. Then mix all the ingredients well. You should get a pretty thick dough.
  2. Then add poppy seeds, baking powder to the dough and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Bake diet pancakes on kefir without oil in a pan.

Pancakes with currants

Ingredients:

  • black currant - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • natural yogurt - 200 g
  • flour (any useful) - 2-3 tbsp.
  • baking powder - ½ tsp.
  • sweetener

How to cook?

  1. Combine all the black currants, egg, natural yogurt, flour, baking powder, sweetener and whisk in a blender until you get a sour cream consistency.
  2. Roast the pancakes in a dry skillet over medium heat, covered with a lid.
  3. Optionally, you can coat the finished pancakes with natural yogurt.

Banana pancakes

  • banana - 1 pc.
  • natural yogurt - 50-55 g
  • flour (any useful) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • baking powder - ¼ st. l.
  • sweetener

How to cook?

  1. Peel the banana, chop it a little and beat in a blender (or mash with a fork).
  2. Combine banana, yogurt, flour, egg, baking powder, and sweetener in a bowl.
  3. Bake diet pancakes in a dry skillet.

Chocolate pancakes

  • oat bran - 20 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • milk - 10 ml
  • cocoa - 1 tsp
  • baking powder
  • peanut paste

How to cook?

  1. Combine oat bran, egg, milk, cocoa and baking powder in a deep bowl. Mix well.
  2. Bake flourless diet pancakes in a dry skillet, covered.
  3. You can garnish the pancakes with peanut butter if you like.

Fritters with spinach

Ingredients:

  • rice flour - 1 tbsp. l.
  • eggs - 4 pcs. (3 squirrels and 1 yolk)
  • frozen spinach - 100 g
  • pepper

How to cook?

  1. Defrost the spinach, drain the water.
  2. Mix together rice flour, 3 eggs, 1 yolk, salt, pepper and frozen spinach. Then beat all ingredients with a mixer (about 3 minutes).
  3. Bake the pancakes in a non-oil skillet with the lid closed.

Carrot pancakes with rolled oats

  • ground rolled oats (or oat flour) - 200 g
  • carrots - 2 pcs. (pumpkin can be used)
  • kefir - 250-300 ml.
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • soda - ½ tsp.

How to cook?

  1. Wash the carrots, peel them and chop them on a grater or blender.
  2. Beat the eggs and add the carrots to them. Then add kefir and soda. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Add ground rolled oats or oatmeal to the mixture. Add dry ingredients slowly until dough thickens but tough.
  4. Bake diet pancakes on both sides in a dry skillet.

Pumpkin pancakes

  • corn flour - 200 g
  • baked pumpkin - 900 g
  • egg - 4 pcs.
  • kefir 1% - 100 g
  • soda - 1 tsp.

How to cook?

  1. Combine cornmeal, chopped baked pumpkin, eggs, kefir and baking soda.
  2. Whisk all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Bake the pumpkin pancakes on both sides in a dry skillet.

How to choose a quality product?

You can find completely different brands of cottage cheese in stores, with a fat content range from 0% to 18%. To choose a really high-quality product, you need to carefully look at the composition. There should be only milk (not dry) and leaven. There are also manufacturers who blatantly lie, forgetting to indicate on the label that they added starch for thickness or water for a softer and more delicate consistency. To make sure that there is no starch in the composition, drop a little iodine on the cottage cheese, if a bluish tint appears, then it is present there.

The optimal fat content of this dairy product for healthy person it is considered up to 9%, for losing weight and maintaining normal weight - up to 5%.
Curd pancake recipe

Cottage cheese is an almost universal product. It is eaten both raw and cooked. It tastes good in any form, but you can make curd pancakes for a change. For those on a diet, it is better to choose a fat content of no more than 5%, and preferably lower. Take any flour, but it is more useful for vitamin composition oat, corn and others. This recipe combines 3 types.


Ingredients for cottage cheese pancakes:

  1. cottage cheese - 350-400 gr.,
  2. milk for diluting the dough - about 0.5 cups (plus / minus),
  3. 1 chickens. first grade egg,
  4. corn flour - 2 tbsp. spoons,
  5. oat flour - 4 tbsp. spoons,
  6. oatmeal - 2 tbsp. spoons,
  7. sugar to taste (here 1 tablespoon with a slide),
  8. a pinch of salt and soda,
  9. vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook diet cottage cheese pancakes without wheat flour: a step-by-step recipe with a photo

  • Stir all dry ingredients first. Any flour can be used if desired. But rye will not work in this case.
  • Mix egg, cottage cheese and milk. Ideally, milk should be poured last so that the dough is not too runny. If, nevertheless, you overdid it with a portion, then you can add more flour.
  • Pour dry products into the curd mass. Spread the dough into the pan with a tablespoon. It should not spread. Fry on both sides, you can cover with a lid to set the dough faster. If desired and possible, fry the pans without oil on a dry surface. This will make the dish less high in calories.
