Fan theories about the world of Pokemon. Ash's Pokémon and all his Pokémon

Engineering systems 28.04.2021

Even if the screensaver of the Pokémon cartoon does not fill your heart with nostalgia, perhaps you still installed the Pokémon GO game on your smartphone and often wander around the city in the hope of catching another monster. Pokémon GO does not require knowledge of the context of the original series - however, for those who are particularly interested, we decided to compile a guide to the most important episodes of the TV show.

The stated mission of the Pokémon anime, designed for primary school students, is to bring goodness to children, teach them compassion, self-sacrifice, honesty and, oddly enough, the basics of fire safety and life safety. It's hard to recommend the show to everyone without exception, given its target audience. At the same time, you can watch a dozen major episodes in just a few hours that will fill the gap in your knowledge (the first 52 episodes are available on Netflix).

# 1 "Pokemon! I choose you!"

In the first episode, we are introduced to the protagonist Ash Ketchum, a big-hearted bungler who lives in a world where there is no sport more popular than Pokemon battles. Each child, upon reaching the age of ten, receives from a local specialist (in the Kanto region, where Ash lives, this is Professor Oak) the right to his first Pokemon.

On the most important day of his life, Ash wakes up. Coming to the professor, he discovers that all worthy Pokémon have already been disassembled. Ash begs the scientist to give him something and gets a naughty electric mouse, icon and face of the franchise - Pikachu. According to the logic that only cartoons obey, the mother of our young hero sends him on a journey across the country, which today has already lasted 930 episodes.

On the way, Ash realizes that he cannot become a well-deserved trainer without the help of a pet, so he does not abandon attempts to find a common language with him. Pikachu, as befits embodied electricity, does not recognize authorities, does not want to get into the pokeball and constantly shocks Ash. The episode ends with a dramatic confrontation that can give goosebumps not only to the second grader. The viewer receives the first lesson out of a thousand: we are responsible for those we have tamed.

# 10 "Bulbasaur and the Hidden Village", # 11 "Charmander - an abandoned Pokemon", # 12 "Squirtle squad arrives"

At the start of each of the Pokémon games for Nintendo handhelds, the player is asked to choose their first Pokémon - Grass, Fire or Water. In the early parts, these are Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle, respectively. The choice does not greatly affect the difficulty of the passage or the plot, but by choosing one, you forever abandon the other two, so it is very difficult to decide. Ash is lucky, he meets these Pokémon one by one.

All three Pokémon on closer inspection turn out to be not entirely wild. All of them were let down by former coaches, so they are wary of people. Ash receives Bulbasaur from the mistress of a shelter for abandoned Pokémon, Charmander joins the company after realizing that the former owner sees only a tool in him, Squirtle goes on a journey with Ash only after he returns his lost faith in people. The triptych draws attention to an important problem: not all Pokémon in this world are equally loved and appreciated. Ash, of course, sees it as his mission to fix this.

# 14 "Decisive Lightning Strike"

Each major city has a stadium - the venue for the official Pokémon battles, one of the key locations in both games and anime. For defeating the strongest trainer in the city, other trainers receive a badge - you need to collect eight to be allowed to participate in the Pokémon League. This is Ash's main goal. "Decisive Lightning Strike" is not the first episode in which Ash has to compete for the badge. So, in "Fight in Pewter" and "Aquatic flowers of Cerulin" he has already got two insignia and met two true friends in the person of Pokémon breeder Brock and trainer of water Pokémon Misty. But, since the series about stadiums is very monotonous, it makes sense to watch only one of them.

In Decisive Lightning Strike, Pikachu Ash encounters Raichu, a stronger and larger version of himself, a Pokémon, into which Pikachu can evolve upon contact with a rare mineral - the Lightning Stone. Raichu's owner, Lieutenant Sarge, an American veteran who settled in Japan and runs a stadium in Vermilion, effortlessly defeats Ash. The beaten Pikachu finds himself at a crossroads: to remain himself and re-enter an unequal battle, or to gain mass through evolution, increasing his chances of winning. This is another emotional moment that the series is so rich in, and Pikachu teaches us another lesson: the strongest does not always win.

# 21 "Goodbye Butterfree!"

Butterfly is the first Pokémon that Ash caught with his own hand. More precisely, he caught a caterpillar Pokemon Caterpie, and he evolved into Butterfly, a purple-nosed butterfly. During the trip, friends notice a swarm of butterflyfree flying over the sea - the Pokémon is mating season, and Ash decides to let his butterfly join hers.

Butterfly falls in love and flies off into the sunset, leaving Ash and millions of schoolchildren in tears - after all, there is hardly any more experience for a child than the loss of a pet. "Goodbye Butterfree!" not only teaches you to put up with the loss, but also answers some questions about the ways of breeding Pokémon.

# 27 "Hypno-Pokemon Dream"

If you play Pokémon GO, then most likely you have already managed to hate the tapir-like Drowse and his Hypno evolution for being ubiquitous. Despite the title, this episode is not about them. Here we meet a more important character - Psidak, a Pokémon with persistent migraines. Psidak - an awkward, ugly, useless upright platypus - meets Ash and friends at the Pokémon Hospital, where people suffering from the waves emitted by Hypno have gathered. It turns out that not all Pokémon are equally desirable for trainers, and Misty is trying with all her might not to catch Psidak, but she does not succeed - the platypus nevertheless joins the company.

# 35 "The Legend of Dratini"

The first of two forbidden episodes: Ash and friends get into the safari zone. This is a special place where Pokémon can only be caught with special Pokeballs. There, the heroes are met by a man named Kaiza and the first thing they do is direct the barrel of a gun at ten-year-old children - this is the first reason why the episode aroused public outrage.

Kaiza thought that the children were poachers who came to catch the legendary Pokemon Dratini, who lives somewhere in the reserve. Ash convinces Kaizu that they do not want to harm anyone, and then catches a whole herd of tauros, pokemon buffalo - is it not poaching. The promotion of poaching is the second reason why The Legend of Dratini was taken off the air. Not a very important episode for understanding the phenomenal popularity of Pokémon, but it is possible that if you watched Pokémon as a child, then you have not seen this episode.

# 38 "Electronic Warrior Porygon"

In this episode, Ash, Misty, and Brock travel to cyberspace to heal the Pokémon Center computers from the virus. The virus is caused by Porygon, the world's first artificially created Pokémon, a Pokémon program. It turns out that not all pocket monsters are creatures of nature. In addition, the episode is interesting for its impact on the public perception of the series and on the Japanese animation industry in general.

Many remember horror stories about how, after watching anime, children buried themselves alive in sandboxes or jumped out of windows. All these, of course, are either myths, or isolated cases, the fault of the series in which, most likely, it was not. "Electronic Warrior Porygon" is a different story: during the premiere, almost seven hundred Japanese children were urgently hospitalized, some with epileptic seizures, some simply with a sharp deterioration in health. The reason was the scene in which the viewer is exposed to a red and blue stroboscopic light. The broadcast of the series was interrupted for several months, which the TV company spent investigating the incident. Based on the results of the investigation, they drew up a set of rules governing the use of flickering light in animation. "Electronic Warrior Porygon" is the second forbidden episode, and we certainly do not recommend watching it.

# 43 Song of Jiglipoof

On the way to the fictional analogue of Las Vegas, the city of Neon, friends meet Jiglipuph, a Pokemon singer with a soporific voice, dreaming of an audience that will not snore at the very beginning of the performance. Jiglipoof's voice turns out to be the key to solving Neon's big problem - the insomnia that all residents of the city suffer from, making them irritable and rude. The episode about the benefits of sleep gave the franchise a second mascot, albeit unofficial - Jiglipuf appears in almost every issue until the end of the season.

# 46 "The Sacred Ties of Marriage"

This is the first episode to focus on the R team, the constant antagonists of the first season. Jesse, James and the unique talking Pokémon Meowth are a gang of losers: in the hope of getting rich, they unsuccessfully try to capture Ash's Pikachu and any other Pokémon that come to hand with the help of ridiculous wunderwaffe. Why the Raketa team needs money is not clear - their budget for wild devices and camouflage suits, new in every episode, and so it seems inexhaustible.

In this episode, James' parents force him to marry, promising a huge dowry. Jesse and Meowth, of course, support them in every possible way. It turns out that for James, wealth is not the main thing: he was led to the R team by his craving for adventure - and the puns that gang members often throw around in conversations.

# 48 Who Will Get Togepi?

The world of Pokémon, already mysterious, becomes even more mysterious when it comes to reproduction. For example, over time, it became clear that Pokemon do not have to belong to the same species in order to leave offspring. No one has ever seen Pokémon lay eggs, but most of the individuals emerge from them.

In this episode, the mechanic familiar to you from Pokémon GO comes into play - if you walk with an egg in your backpack for enough time, then something will hatch out of it. In the egg Ash finds four episodes ago in Attack of the Prehistoric Pokemon , It turns out to be Togepi, a Pokemon that our heroes have never met before and about which there is no information in the Pokedex (the trainer's pocket guide).

# 60 "The Tale of Clefairie"

We have already learned that not all Pokémon appear naturally - and in The Tale of Clefairies, it turns out that some Pokémon came from space. The bodies of the clefairies vaguely resemble stars, and they fall to the Earth in meteorites falling on its surface. Tired of life on the planet, a group of Clefairies clean out the inhabitants of the city and build a spaceship from all the trash that they manage to collect.

# 64 "Snow storm"

If you have strength and patience only for one episode, then let the last one be “Snowstorm”. This is the emotional peak of the first season, in which all the love Ash has given to the Pokémon returns to him at a vital moment.

Ash fights Brock, but loses to him. The next day, Ash pits a reinforced Pikachu against Onyx Brock and almost defeats him, but Brock's siblings stop Ash. Since Team R has no aquatic Pokémon, Jesse and Meowth panic, but James just laughs: he has an aquatic Magikarp. Jesse and Meowth tell James that if the "useless" Magikarp helps them get out, they will forgive him for wasting money on him. Magikarp is unable to pull Team R out as he is too weak, but somehow Team R manages to swim to the raft where Ash and his friends are. The heroes sit on the raft with Team R all day long. In the end, everyone is exhausted by hunger. Meowth tries to eat Magikarp, but breaks his teeth. James angrily kicks Magikarp into the water: not only was he unable to pull them out, but also inedible. Suddenly, Medjikarp evolves into Gayardos and, with the help of the Dragon's Fury attack, raises a tornado that sucks in everyone who was on the raft.

Meanwhile, Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur meet Coffing, Ekans and Meowth and together look for their trainers. Jesse and James find a telephone booth and use the cable from it to find people. Suddenly, they see Pikachu and decide to catch him, but after taking a closer look, they realize that this is a giant Pikachu. A huge Pokemon crushed the booth and, without looking down, went further, and Ash and his friends were attacked by a huge Charizard, from whose fire they barely managed to dodge. As a result, Jesse and James stumble upon a giant Kabutops, and, running away from him, find a cart on the tracks. Sitting in it, they drove in the opposite direction, directly at Kabutops, and hooked his leg with the same cable from the telephone booth, pulling him with them. Jesse and James decide to stop, but break the brake lever. Ash, Brock and Misty run to a small stone bridge, but then it collapses under their feet, and they fall right into the cart to Jesse and James. Here Ash sees his Pokémon running from a whole crowd of giants. Pikachu and the others jump into the cart, which now drags almost all the giants of the island. An excursion ship sailed past the island at that time. The guide sees that all the exhibits on this island have been destroyed. Team R boss gets a call and is informed that the island of giant Pokémon, in which he invested millions, has been destroyed

Ash, Misty and Brock, wanting to pay Mo's bills, are also hired by him in a restaurant - there is fierce competition between both restaurants. Ash uses Pokémon in the kitchen, but Team R prevents them. People began to leave Mo's restaurant. The old man says that he will not be able to give the money to Brutella, and he will have to give her his boat. Ash says that in no case should you give up your dream. Here, to the great surprise of everyone present, Professor Oak and Ash's mother enter the restaurant. Professor Oak shows Ash a newspaper, which says about the competition among girls and Pokémon for the best swimsuit, you can pay for everything with the money won. Team R tries to disrupt the competition, but to no avail. As a result, Ash's mom, who won the competition, pays Mo's debts, while Ash, Misty and Brock continue their journey.

Then Team R appears and promises that they will destroy all Tentakuls without any problems for the sake of a million dollars. When they want to do this, one of the Tentacules evolves into a giant Tentacruel and begins to destroy the city. Using Meowth, Tentacruel informs the people that they have come to take revenge on the people for their destroyed homes. Ash, Misty and Brock use Pokémon, but they fail to defeat countless Tentakuls. Eventually, Misty pleads with Tentacruel to give the humans another chance, and he returns to the ocean. Nastina continues to shoot at Tentacruel, but he sends her into the sky with one blow. Misty gets a new Pokemon - Horsey

The old man says she died two thousand years ago. "I want to become the best" - is sung at the beginning of each episode of the cartoon. Unfortunately, for over 15 years, Ash Ketchum has been doing everything he can to prove that this is not the case.

Perhaps this is too rude. Ash is only 10 years old, after all. He also has no control over the dire script that the creators of the anime are writing. But after his recent failure in the poker league for Junov, it's time to figure out what went wrong on the boy's journey.

Canto

In the very first season, Ash appears as a rookie coach. He has an uncontrollable Pikachu, a beautiful girlfriend who does not leave him because of a broken bike, and an eyeless friend who falls in love with everything that moves. The trio roam the Kanto region and constantly try to outsmart Team R with their cheap disguises. Unfortunately, the stadium leaders hand out badges to Ash as if they were candy, so he is unable to learn anything. Here are some examples:

  • In the battle with Brock, Ash uses the Electric Pokémon Pikachu against the Earth type. Everything is going so badly that he loses the first fight "dry". The second time, he manages to win solely thanks to the destroyed fire system. Brock simply felt sorry for his Pokemon.
  • Pikachu refuses to fight Misty, but her sisters present Ash with a badge on a silver platter without even fighting.
  • During the battle with Lieutenant Serge, Raichu hits the boy's ambitions so much that he ponders Pikachu's evolution for a chance to win. They come up with a different idea, and they win thanks to the speed of the latter.
  • Against Sabrina ... phew, I don't even know where to start. Kadabra pounds Pikachu, so Ash goes to look for the ghost Pokémon. His soul leaves his body, friends think that he is dead, but Ash does not care - he trolls Misty. Further, the Hunter refuses to fight and the friends are turned into dolls. Great job. In the third round, Ash has to lose again, but out of nowhere, the haunter amuses Sabrina. Quite enough for an icon, isn't it?
  • While fighting Erika, Ash uses Pikachu against the grass type (the chances of winning are reduced to a minimum), but suddenly the stadium catches fire. Erica eventually awards Ash with a badge for helping out in the fire.

Not surprisingly, Ash lost in the poker league that year.

We have not yet touched on the boy's actions in other regions ...

Ash Ketchum is the protagonist of the Pokémon animated series. Throughout the seasons, Ash makes many friends, some of whom become his companions. His cherished dream is to become the greatest Pokémaster in the world. The first starter Pokémon he has a hard time getting when he turns 10 from Professor Oak is Electric Pikachu.

Starting his travels to new regions - Ash sees (sometimes in glimpse) the legendary Pokémon, which in this way, as it were, "welcome" him to their territory. Thanks to this, Ash is the only character who is familiar with the largest number of Legendary Pokémon. Although some residents of the regions where Ash travels, in their entire lives, they have never seen a single legendary Pokemon. So Ash is really very unique.

Team Magma wants to capture the legendary Pokémon Groudon to dry up the region, while Team Aqua wants to capture the legendary Pokémon Kyogre in order to sink the region. Ash and his friends, as well as the champion Kanto - Lens were able to defeat these teams. Misty came to Hohenneshche and released the evolved Togetik to protect Togepi. Ash received 8 badges and made it to the Hohenn League. Ash defeated Morrison, but lost to Tyson, who was able to win the title of Champion Hohenn. Ash ranked among the top 8 coaches and headed back home to Pallet Town. Before that, Ash said goodbye to May and Max, who went to Petalburg, and Brock went to Pewter.

Battle Frontier Kanto

In Veridian, Ash met Scott, who is looking for strong trainers to participate in the Kanto Fighting Line. Scott invited Ash to participate, who agreed. After Ash arrived in Canto, where he was met by Professor Oak, Delia Ketchum, Misty, Brock, Tracy, May, Max and Professor Birch. Ash, Misty, Brock, May, and Max decided to start their journey through Kanto, while Tracy remained to work as Professor Oak's assistant. At the beginning of the journey, Misty was called by her sisters, because a very difficult situation was taking place in the Cerulin Gym. Misty said goodbye to her friends and went to Cerulin, while the others continued on their way. Team R was still traveling for heroes. Ash earned 7 Combat Line tokens and became the champion. He was offered to become the head of the line, but he refused and continued on his way. Max heads back to Petalburg and May to Joto. Brock went to Pewter, and Ash went to Pallet Town with a victory. At home, Ash met his longtime rival Gary, who had been in the Sinnoh region all this time and decided to go there too. Ash left all his Pokémon with Professor Oak, taking only Pikachu. Well, Aipom Ash, who did not want to stay in Pallet Town, was able to get on the ship, which Ash and Pikachu boarded. Team R also went to Sinnoh.

Further, his path lay in Sinnoh. He only went there with Pikachu and Aip, but soon met Brokai again and met Dawn, the young coordinator. Also contacted Ash with Aip. In the city of Hearthome City, Ash met a young coach, Barry, with whom they met more than once. And friend Dawn coordinator Kenny. In Sinnoh he had many rivals, but Paul, a coach with a difficult character, remained the main one. After collecting 8 badges of the Sinnoh region, Ash entered the ranks of the Sinno League participants, and then he finally had a real chance to show his strength in the battle against his enemy - Paul. Ash was able to prove his strength and earn the respect of such a strong opponent. But Ash still did not get the Sinnoh League Cup, the experienced trainer Tobias with the legendary Pokemon Darkrai and Latios, whom Ash's team defeated both of them, became the winner, which until that moment had not been possible for anyone.

And after the Sinnoh League, the hero did not sit still for a long time. Soon, Professor Oak invited Ash and his mother to travel with him to the distant region of Unova, where the professors were invited to participate in scientific conferences. Ash liked the new region so much that he again decided to go on a journey, catch new Pokémon and, of course, participate in the Unova League. Professor Juniper helped Ash when he had an overabundance of Pokémon, because Pokémon trainers could only have 6 Pokémon with them, so Professor Juniper looked after all of Ash's other Pokémon, who gave out starters to novice trainers in the Unova region. On the way, he made friends with the girl Irisi, her Pokemon Aksyu, as well as one of the three Gym leaders of Striaton Cilan, he also often ran into Bianca, who was always in a hurry somewhere and knocked Ash down, while he often found himself in the water. Ash's main rival was aspiring but promising coach Trip. Once Ash won a battle with the champion of Yunova - Elder, although it was not really a serious battle, because Eldor fell asleep. Ash slowly but steadily goes to his goal, recruiting a team of Pokémon Junova, again collecting three starters, won 8 badges, getting into the League. He also prevents Team P from seizing power in the region. Entered the top 8 best players in the Unova League. Loses in the quarter finals of the league to his new friend, due to the evolution of Riola into Lucario during the battle. The winner was his friend-rescuer Virgil with Eevee's team.

After losing in the Junova League, Ash heads to the Kalos region. In Kalos, he embarks on a new journey with Clemont, the leader of the Lumios City Gym, and his sister Bonnie. During his stay in Santalune City, Ash meets an aspiring coach Serena, who came to this city when she saw Ash's desperate act to save Garchomp on TV. Sometime in childhood, they met at Professor Oak's camp in Kanto. There is a hint of Serena's affection for Ash. Traveling around Kalos, Ash collects 8 badges to participate in the local League of Kalos, meets many new friends, new Pokémon. In the League, Kalos gets 2nd place, losing to Alan. At the awards ceremony on Lumios City, in which the League was held, "Team Flash" attacks, unleashing a legendary Pokemon on the city, which they have subdued. With the support of Ash's friends, all Kalos Gym Leaders, Champions and Ash's Greninji, the threat is stopped.

Ash arrives with his mother in the new region of Alola on a package that was won by Mr. Maim. On the island of Melemele, he enters a Pokemon school and begins to study, the director of this school, Samson Oak, is a cousin of Professor Oak. A local Legendary Pokémon gives Ash a Z-bracelet. Professor Kukui gave Ash a new Pokedex with Rot, Pokedex-Rot, who can talk and self-learn, while self-updating his information base. Ash has new classmates at school: Lily, Lana, Kaiu, Mallow, Sophocles. There is also a gangster group "Team Skull" on Alola, with whom Ash immediately entered the battle, as he saw their unfair treatment of other Pokemon trainers.

Appearance

Ash in Kanto and Joto (seasons 1-5) Ash is the most recognizable coach pokemon. Ash has brown eyes and black hair. Before each trip to distant regions, his mother, Delia Ketchum, sews new clothes. Thus, in each region, his appearance changes, but at the same time he always wears a cap with a visor.

Original series

In seasons 1-5, he wore a blue jacket with short white sleeves and a white collar, and yellow edging and the same buttons, pale blue jeans with light blue cuffs at the bottom, with a leather belt-belt on which pokeballs and black and white sneakers are attached with red dots. He wears a black T-shirt under his jacket, and a green backpack behind his back, where he keeps his things. He wears green glovelets (fingerless gloves) with a light green lapel, and on his head is a mandatory red and white cap with a green stylized "L" symbol. During the fight, he pulls the visor of the cap back.

In seasons 6-9 in the Hohenn region, his clothes change: the color of the sleeves of the jacket turns black, and a light blue symbol appears on the belly. The buttons on the jacket are still yellow, as is the trim on the bottom edge of the jacket. Pockets appear on jeans, and sneakers turn black and blue. Glovelets are black with a green lapel, and the cap is red with a green symbol on a black background in front.

In seasons 10-13 in Sinnoh, his clothes change again.

In the 14-16 seasons in Unova, he begins to wear different clothes. Jacket: top, collar and sleeves and edging of pockets - blue, bottom - white, zipper on the jacket - yellow. Dark gray trousers with pockets. Sneakers red and black. Glovelets are black with a red lapel, and the cap is red and white with a blue symbol on a white background in front.

Since season 17 "X, Y & Z" in the Kalos region, he has been changing his clothes.

Ash has changed clothes again since season 20 "Sun and Moon". Since the climate is Alolezhary, now he is wearing a light T-shirt with white and blue stripes, without a jacket and no glovelettes on his hands, but on his left hand there is a Z-bracelet. He also wears black capri pants with red piping at the bottom, blue trainers with white piping, and a red cap with a blue visor.

Character

Ash is a very energetic, open and determined person. As you can see in each episode, he loves Pokemon, even shows sympathy for unfamiliar ones. Ash usually helps and supports the Pokémon he meets on his long journey. He is firm in battle with rivals, gentle and affectionate with friends and Pokémon. Ready to fight anyone who challenges him. It is easy to piss him off, but if necessary he knows how to pull himself together. He is distinguished by caring, he does not consider it shameful after the battle to inquire about the health of the opponent's Pokémon. Ash is not the smartest and brightest coach, however, he learns from his mistakes. He does not like to give up and tries to find a way out of even the most difficult situation. Sometimes he makes truly brilliant decisions. But still, he often loses. Failures upset him, but not for long. Soon he is ready to go into battle again to prove his strength and the strength of his Pokémon. He can not be called lazy in any way, his hard work and perseverance can inspire anyone to train. Ash is also very honest - when he found out that his Pikachu had an overload, he immediately wanted to return the won badge to Mr. Watsen. He can also become a little proud if he often wins.

Is a role model for many people such as May, Dawn, N, Serena, Sawyer and others. Ash is generally kind, compassionate and brave, but can be stubborn, hot-tempered, impatient, cocky, impulsive and reckless at times. Quite athletic, enjoys learning other training styles: dance, ninja, etc.

Since joining the Pokémon School in the Alola region, Ash has shown more enthusiasm but also more maturity and higher skill levels in combat than Kalos, while maintaining his determination and love for Pokémon. In addition, he is shown to be more emotional and grimacing.

Ash's companions

Ash had many friends on each of his travels, but there are the main ones who became his companions, with whom he spent a lot of time, overcame obstacles and made dreams come true:

Misty is a Cerulin Gym Leader in the Kanto region of Cerulin City. A big lover of water Pokémon. Ash stole her bike while trying to save Pikachu. And she clung to him, pestering him with a bicycle. But later she became his girlfriend. Parting with her was the most difficult for Ash, since she is Ash's first friend, from the very beginning of his travels. In The Power of the Chosen One, there is a hint of a love relationship between Misty and Ash.

Brock is the head of the stadium in Pewter. He dreamed of traveling, but could not leave his younger brothers and sisters. But when his father returned, he went with Ash to travel. They parted in season 13, as Ash went on to travel, and Brock decided to become a poke doctor.

Tracy Squichit is a Poké Observer who met Ash in the Orange Islands. After traveling to the Orange Islands with Ash and Misty, he became Oak's assistant professor in his laboratory. Likes to make sketches of Pokémon.

May is the coordinator who met Ash in Hohenn when he burned her bike. After traveling to Hohen, she did not continue her adventure in Kant with Ash, then she left alone to travel to Joto with new friends and rivals - Drew (the main rival and friend), with whom (in the anime series) something similar to mutual sympathy is shown, and Harley ( frequent rival in competitions).

Max is May's younger brother, very well-read and despite the fact that his age does not yet allow him to be a trainer of Pokémon, he knows more about them than his sister. Traveled with Ash and his sister in the Hohenn region.

Dawn is the coordinator, Ash's companion in Shinno, whom Ash's Pikachu also burned a bicycle with. After traveling in the league remained in Shinno becoming the top coordinator. There is a hint of her sympathy for Ash and Kenny (childhood friend).

Iris is a dragon village girl who dreams of becoming a dragon master, traveling with Ash through Unova. Met with Ash when he wanted to catch her in a pokeball (unintentionally). She became an excellent companion for Ash, very diligently supporting him in battles. They parted ways in Season 16 because Iris decided to go to the dragon gym in Joto.

Cilan - Gymleaderstadion in Unova, companion of Ash. An excellent cook and connoisseur of Pokemon, detectives, fishing, subway. Strongest of the 3 Himleader Brothers. They parted ways with Ash in Season 16 as Cilan went to travel to Hohenn to hone his appreciation skills.

Serena is Ash's companion in the Kalos region. She met Ash at Professor Oak's camp in Kanto. Ash helped Serena up when she fell and hurt her knee and gave Serena her handkerchief, which she kept as a memory of Ash. In love with Ash, when they parted, Serena kissed Ash.

Clemont is Ash's companion in the Kalos region, the Gym Leader of Lumius City, a great guy who dreams of becoming as strong and brave as Ash when he saw his selfless rescue of Pikachu and Garchomp. The genius of science, although he has to admit that his inventions do not work, but they are not - they all work, but break for one reason or another.

Bonnie is Ash's companion in Kalos, as well as Clemont's younger sister. Due to the insufficient number of years, she has no right to own Pokemon, but for this she has an older brother who catches Pokemon for her, and then saves it for her 10th birthday. Relentlessly looking for a girl for his brother, which bothers his brother very much.

Pokemon

Ash caught a lot of Pokemon along the way. Many of them went with him of their own free will, as they liked the kind trainer with a warm heart. Ash has his own way of working as spokemon. For example, unlike Garion, he is not a collector and does not try to catch every Pokémon that comes his way, and is not as picky as Paul, who keeps only the strongest Pokémon for himself, believing that the rest are not worthy of working under his command.

Ash's Pokémon from the 1st to the 6th generation (which were with him, since the trainer can only hold 6 Pokémon at a time)

Ash takes care of each of his Pokémon without making anyone stand out. His workouts are long and strenuous, but he never overdoes it and knows when to give the Pokemon a break. Sometimes the Pokémon themselves train additionally on the sly so as not to let their trainer down. Ash is also distinguished by the fact that he rarely allows a Pokemon to train alone, and he himself directly takes part in the training, performing exactly the same exercises as the Pokemon. Ash's special approach gives him the love and loyalty of Pokémon, and they rarely envy Pikachu. Ash will never leave a Pokémon in trouble, even if it's not his Pokémon. His main trump card in battles has always been good relationship with pokemon. Ash loves all of his Pokémon and is ready for any stupid things for them. And the Pokémon answer him in the same way, despite the fatigue, pain and fear, for the sake of their trainer they go into any battle and obey their trainer unquestioningly, no matter what orders he gives them.

Pikachu is an electric mouse Pokemon. The first Pokémon Ash received. Appears with Ash in every episode throughout all seasons. Pikachu is more than just a Pokemon to Ash. He is his friend and comrade! At first, the friendship did not work out, but when Pikachu saw Ash protecting him from the Spyrow pack, he was filled with sympathy for Ash and they became friends. Ash is always very worried about Pikachu. Pikachu is the only Pokémon that Ash took on all his travels and never left Professor Oaku in custody. In episode 39 "Farewell to Pikachu" Ash was ready to leave Pikachu with his kinsmen in the forest, but Pikachu decided to continue his journey with a coach. Ash and Pikachu had the choice of evolving into Raichu with the Lightning Stone, since Raichu is much stronger than Pikachu. But Pikachu always refused evolution, preferring intensive training to the easy path. On this moment Pikachu travels with Ash to different regions. Pikachu ♂

Team "R" - Ash's main enemies, because they constantly seek to steal Pikachu. He was already rather tired of them.

Harley isn't exactly Ash's rival, but he often tricked them all, especially May. Harley is always trying to mess with May and sometimes collaborated with Team R to do this.

Squad Flash is a villainous squad in the Kalos region.

Over the past 20 years, Ash Ketchum has become a legend in the Pokémon universe, and his adventures have been followed by millions of fans around the world. For such an amount of time, the main character of the series could not help but accumulate mistakes and mistakes, for which the creators should be ashamed. Let's go over the stupidest and loudest of them, because they showed that Ash does not always act like a good person.

Refused any tips for teaching Pokémon

One of Ash's most annoying flaws is his complete reluctance to learn. Ketchum is a disgusting Pokémon trainer, despite the fact that he dreams of being the best of them. It should be understood that despite 992 episodes in the series and 24 films, the character is still 10 years old, and children at his age are not the biggest fans of learning.

Couldn't explain the difference between women and Pokemon

When Ash meets his old rival Gary Oak, he travels with his fan club of six young girls. And Ash takes them for Pokemon. It is clear that Ketchum lives in a world in which both the chandelier and the ice cream cone can turn out to be Pokémon. And girls with limited vocabulary traveling with a Pokémon trainer may well pass off as humans. However, it was still difficult to confuse ...

Didn't win any badges

In the Pokémon League, for the sake of the badge, you must defeat the leader of one of the halls. However, Ash received rewards more out of pity than because of his ability to train Pokémon. Ash actually defeated only three leaders from Canto Jim, and in other cases he received help from other coaches, exchanged badges for services and was eliminated from serious tournaments in the early stages.

Dragged Pikachu on a rope

At the very beginning of his journey, Ash made two mistakes at once: he slept on the first day and decided to leave Pikachu free. Usually trainers keep pets in Pokeballs, but the creators of the series did not want to leave the charismatic character off the screen, and they solved the issue in this way. Ketchum first dragged Pikachu in rubber gloves, and then generally dragged along with him on a rope.

Made Pikachu evolve and change his mind

Ash's desire to win a battle often borders on insanity. He lost in the Vermilion Hall when he decided to release Pikachu against his older brother Raichu and caused his pet to get into a hospital bed. Even sitting in the hospital, Ash continued to complain and whine about fate, and when Pikachu refused to evolve, he left the Thunderstone by his bed just in case. Well done, a true friend!

Launched an unstable Charizard against an opponent

At first, Ash did the right thing - he saved Charmander from the cruel Damian. When Charmander turned into a mighty Charizard, he refused to obey his new master. And all because Ash did not have enough experience to subdue such a powerful Pokemon. On those rare occasions when Charizard got out of the pokeball, he either fell asleep or organized pogroms.

Dropped 30 Tauros on the unsuspecting Professor Oak

Each Pokémon Trainer has in mind the task of helping Professor Oak to add to his Pokémon collection. But Ash did his own thing - he caught 30 huge ferocious bulls, which destroyed the entire laboratory and almost trampled Ketchum's mother.

Piracy

There is one little-known episode in which Ash does his first (and not the only) criminal offense- steals a boat. The second offense is manslaughter in the scene where Ash crashes into Team P's submarine in a hijacked yacht, leaving them to die at the bottom of the ocean. Of course they survive, this is a cartoon. But in life it would be different.

Unleashed an enraged Primemap on Team P

This happened in the episode when Ash caught a very aggressive Pokémon fighter and threw him into a pit towards Team R. He not only beat the Pokémon, but also came off on their owners. Jesse was thrown face down on a boulder, and Brock was sent to another city with a powerful blow. In general, Ash cannot be denied cruelty, although he usually arranged all his traps for opponents without knowing it himself.

Left the souls of my friends trapped in a mad psychopath

Ash's worst act. He left his friends in captivity of a creature with enormous psychic power. When he defeated Sabrina in Saffron City, he discovered that she was communicating through a doll, which she revived with her strange ability. Ash didn't even make it to the battle, he fled, leaving Brock and Misty captive to Sabrina. True, then he returned and fought with her. But first he ran away, that's a fact.
