  • We take the casserole out of the oven and sprinkle it with cheese. We send it back to the oven for 20 minutes. After this time, we try for readiness. The casserole should be completely baked and the cheese should be golden brown.

Let it cool slightly, then take it out of the mold - the chicken liver casserole is ready.

Chicken liver with green beans

Description and preparation method:

We cut the liver into small pieces (I have about 1x1cm) and soak in milk for 30 minutes. Boil the green beans almost until tender. Next, drain the milk from the liver and rinse cold water, let the liquid drain, as much as possible! We spread the liver and squeezed garlic in a hot frying pan without oil and fry for 1-2 minutes (the main thing is that the garlic does not burn, otherwise it will give an unpleasant smell).

Then, add the broth, green beans, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper - to taste (if there is no broth, you can add milk). And we extinguish everything until the liquid evaporates by 70%! That is, you shouldn't have a lot of gravy in the pan! My extinguishing time takes about 10 minutes.

When the liver is ready, add 1-2 eggs, grated on a coarse grater, to taste, and if you like, you can add parsley. Everything. It turns out very tasty! The liver just melts in your mouth! I usually cook in the evening, tomorrow. Everything manages to infuse and soak. Smell and taste yum-yum just)

This is my favorite low-calorie option - pumpkin and carrots make the appetizer sweeter and more appetizing, while the onions and spices make it more flavorful. Everything is prepared in literally half an hour.

  • cauliflower - 80 g
  • pumpkin - 80 g

  • dill - 2-3 branches,
  • water - 1 glass.

Cooking step by step:
