Filling ingredients:

  • Yeast dough;
  • Chicken fillet;
  • Hard cheese;
  • Mozzarella;
  • Tomato;

Preparation:

  1. Boil chicken fillet in salted water. Then cool and cut into small pieces.
  2. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and cut the mozzarella into circles.

  • Dry yeast (heaped) 1 tsp. l.
  • Milk (or water) 330 ml

Step-by-step preparation

  1. We prepare products for the test. Pre-sieve the flour. Instead of milk, you can take water.
  2. Dissolve yeast, salt and sugar in warm milk or water.
  3. Sift the flour into the milk and yeast mixture.
  4. Knead the plastic dough, roll it into a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
  5. At this time, let's start filling. First of all, lightly fry the peeled, washed and chopped champignons in a small amount of vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp.). Let them cool down.
  6. We cut pre-fried or smoked chicken meat (I used fried fillet), tomatoes into semicircles, olives into rings.
  7. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. In a separate container, mix all the filling ingredients: olives, tomatoes, chicken meat, cooled champignons (take them out of the pan carefully, without oil), cheese, onions cut into rings or half rings. Season and add spices.
  9. Let's return to the test. It should come up 2-3 times.
  10. Without kneading the risen dough, roll it into a round layer 4 mm thick (from the specified amount of ingredients I got 3 pieces of dough. I rolled out 3 layers for 3 calzones). Visually divide the dough layer into 2 halves. Place the filling on one of them. It is clear that for the 3rd calzone I divided the filling into 3 equal parts.
  11. Cover the filling with the free half of the layer, carefully pinch the edges. We make 3 cuts. Grease with egg. Leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.
  12. Place the calzone on a baking sheet, place in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Serve the calzone hot with herbs. Try it, it's incredibly delicious! By the way, this pizza is delicious when it’s cold.

225g chopped boneless chicken

1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped fresh rosemary

1 tsp (5 ml) minced garlic

Ingredients:

2 tbsp (30 ml) dry yeast

1 cup (250 ml) warm water

3 1/2 (875 ml) unbleached flour

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup (125 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs beaten

1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil

Cooking method:

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes, or until it starts to foam. Add 2 cups flour, garlic, Parmesan cheese, eggs and butter and stir to combine.

Gradually adding the remaining flour, knead a soft dough.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Divide into 2 parts and roll out on a lightly floured surface. Place in greased pizza pans and let rest for another 15 minutes. 3 tbsp (45 ml) vegetable or olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 finely chopped onion

1 stalk of celery, finely chopped

1/2 finely chopped sweet green pepper

1.3 kg chopped tomatoes, seeded and peeled

1 tsp dried oregano leaves

1 tsp dried thyme leaves

1 tsp dried basil leaves

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp coarse black pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2/3 (160 ml) cup tomato paste

Cooking method:

Heat the oil and fry the vegetables until they are soft. Add tomatoes, spices, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until sauce thickens greatly. Stir occasionally. Cool.
